Outlook Calendar runs fine on my desktop, but causes Pocket Outlook on my PDA to consume all available memory and lock up. Downloading a friend's calendar to my PDA causes no problem, so there must be a corrupt meeting or appointment in my calendar. How can I find and eliminate a corrupt Outlook Calendar entry. I've been asking this question on several different forums for about 2 weeks and no one seems to be able to help.

Yes, I have done a hard reset on my PDA 6 times. Real PITA to re-install documents and programs. PDA wrks great until I download Calendar. I even got a new PDA from the Mfg when they thought it was the PDA. Once they figured out that it was the software, they told me to contact Microsoft. Of course Microsoft won't support software that was not purchased from them directly, unless you pay them.

After nearly a month of wrestling with this problem, I got the answer from the Microsoft Community Newsgroups Office Outlook Calendaring forum
Chinnasamy Arumugam gave the following reply:

There are tools to scan the pst file and repair them. Look at this directory and see if you got scanpst.exe application.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\scanpst.exe

Run this and see if it helps you.

Or, have a look at this site
