How can I create a sales mailbox

We need to create a sales mailbox so that when a caller presses 1 for sales, it will automatically ring at multiple extensions. If no one in sales picks up, it should go to a sales mailbox to leave caller's message.
Is this done via group list and if so how?
I have a Meridian 6x16 R5 and Startalk with version 2.0.3A set to use 2 digits DNs.

that perse is not doable directly - in hte system you have
ive not worked on early rel softwares

you can build an ilg and let it ring multiple groups
i'm not sure about it rolling over to voicemail - the prime set option might do it

One of the phones in the group will have to have the sales mailbox assigned to it. It will also have to have its Ring No Answer set to a lesser number of rings than the other phones in the group. No phone in the group can have Ring Busy set. All the rest of the phones in the group need an Answer DN for the set with the mailbox.

I'm thinking you can create a hunt group with broadcast and overflow. When the customer presses 1 in the CCR menu, you have the transfer pointed to the hunt group DN. build an overflow mailbox for the overflow calls from the hunt group to go to.

as Senks already said- hunt groups not doable with this version.
