how can I change ani

Hi,

I have 2 questions:
1) I want to replace the ani number coming to my exchange. I want to add the ars code or tac infront of ani.

2) One of my customer has plenty of analog external lines under group number. But when he dials out he choses one of them and I saw the line number he selected as ani not the group number. I also want to replace this number with group number.

1) Ani coming to your exchange? Do you mean DID number? If you have a DID block you can change it by all means but if you mean to change the whole number then contact your PSTN provider.

2) Analog lines have their own individual line number but you could also contact your PSTN provider to give One number instead of different numbers for each CO lines.

Hi,

It has been misunderstood. I do not want to change my numbers. I want to change the caller ID of the callers that are dialing my exchange. For example when anyone one from Germany calls me I saw on my phone 0049xxxxxx is calling. But I want to see it as 90049xxxxxx.
