How 2 have selected nav button selected highlighted when on that page. 1

Hello. I have a rollover nav bar that I created.
The nav bar is an include page.
What code would I need to have a particular clicked button stay "down" after that button has been selected and that relative page has been loaded so that the user knows what page they are on and to also would make the nav button redundant because that is where they are.
