How 2 create a fisheye style effect on text??

I need to create a concaved, fisheyed, spherized type effect on a six letter word in block capitals if anybody knows how to do this type of effect and get an even and accurate finish then please help.

Illustrator 10 has Envelope Distort (finally) as well.

Options > Envelope Distort
