Hot desk Log in problem

I have an issue that is odd.

I go to log in a hot desk user into a clients switch and I get a call rejected error.

It is the default set up and exactly like my system and I have no problems.

...anyone?

ok, update...

I just got it to work...however, it still shows the original persons extension.

What I did was have them logout the original person and then login the hot desk user.
