OK so ive installed a hosted server edition in AWS.

we have three offices on it at different locations.

sometimes and for no apparent reason the users in each office swap around with each other, so phones in office a will shift around and the same at the other two sites.

also if i have a phone logged in and then log it out and try to log it in with the another users login it logs back in as the original user?

any pointers would be great.

cheers
D

Had the same issue with TelAgility. Their support says its a network issue. I was never able to get it resolved permanently, I just reboot the server when it happens and it will stop for a couple months.

SIP and H.323 ALG, Transformations, Fixups, on the firewall and/or the ISP modem. Worst case, request an IPSEC VPN and put the phones on their own subnet.
