Hi guys, we have just changed our isp and since then the external host name that the sbs server is advertising on has changed to hostpublic ip address.in-addr.btopenworld.com it used to be mail.mycompany.co.uk any ideas why that would have changed and how to change it back, i have ran the internet wizard but that has not changed anything ??

you need to be looking at your public DNS server records from your ISP...

Well thats what i thought but initially we never ever requested an DNS entry for this box with our old isp i just kind of worked ?????

You can transfer a domain name to another registrar, but the records do not flow with it. Is this what you did, a regastrar switch, or just a simple ISP switch and that's all?
If just an ISP switch, you need to go to your registrar and change your public DNS records to point to the new IP(s) you should have been given by your new ISP.
