homl from a 3904?

built aa acd group, 2616's work right, homl is yes but 3904's log out when the handset hits the cradle, any idea's.. stars and best wishes

is this related to all 3904's or just one. Is the software on the 3904 upgraded... Is there a prompt in the menu of the phone wether to use handset or not....???

the homl prompt does that "handset on hook means logout" and that may be a point, i've only connected the 1st 3904, but i did out it and the group and put it back in. that prompt defaults to yes, and only works for 2216 style sets. and yes i did fdli the set
