Home network printer and domain computer

I have a home network on a workgroup. My wife brings her work laptop home to work on it. It is on a company domain. How do I if it's possible make her laptop print to my printer that is hooked up to my workgroup computer.

I assume the printer is connected to the home PC. You need to share the printer and once shared, the laptop should be able to see it and if both OS's are XP, the drivers will install.
