I get the following error when I try to log on to an FTP server (with users isolated via AD)

User xxx cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

I really dont know where to start....or how to crack this problem. Any tips will be most welcomed.

Thanks
Milton

What is their home directory and do they have the rights to access it?

Thanks GVN

Their home directories is set using iisftp /setadprop (FTPRoot & FTPDir), after the users have been created in the Active Domain. The user is then added to the directory and given full permissions

When using isolation mode you need to be very specific on the home dir paths.

From your configured FTP root you need to create a sub folder name:

"LocalUser" (if using local user accounts)
or
"<your domain name>" (if using domain user accounts

Then you put the user home folders under these folders.
