Hi

Why would the comfort beeps not work when people are on hold? I have set this in PGM171 and PGM142 and after a reboot it reverts back to the internal music.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

What do the callers hear? Awful inbuilt Muzak?
In the later ver 3.9 hold tone is also controlled from DDI table in programme 231 can be done for each individual DDI.
These ipldk catch me out every time with the moh being controlled from different areas through the different versions
