Is there a way to adjust the tie a call is on hold before it transfers to the operator.
My customer has to do research for several minutes and must place the callers on hold for a long time. The callers know this so they do not complaint about long hold times.
The problems is that after about 2 minutes the call starts not only flashing on the station it was placed on hold at but also at the reception.
Can I make this time hold timer longer?
