Hold recall?

Ok, let the beating begin: I have a site that has the "long hold recall timer" set to 180 sec. It never recalls. what would block
this from happening...I can't believe I am fighting such a simple issue

The timer you mention is for stations.
There is a different timer for attendant consoles.

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

Ok, my testing was flawed, The call does recall and gets one short burst of ringing, changing the station form "Active Station Ringing" to continuous resolved.
