A customer had a 406 which I swapped to an IPO 500. They have 5410 handsets. If they are on a call and press the hold button and then pressed it again previously this would return the call but now all users have reported that they are having to wait for the call hold button to start ringing to let them know someone is on hold before they can pick it up again.
Please could someone advise what could be causing this issue.
