HMS 400 and message waiting lights

HMS 400 light all admin ext.'s but not hotel room ext's. I have already tested turning on the lights with an mik key and that works o.k.

this is not CP it is an HMS 400

Check the PMS link. I think that is how the lights are lit for guest rooms
