hlp file question :?

Hi!
I got a link to a help file (myhelp.hlp) that gives a complete online help. But have a problem with this
When clicks the help link, the explorer ask to download the hlp file before open it.

It's possible to open the hlp file without download it everytime you wont to query the online help?
It´s the way to make online help? I mean: it´s correct a hlp file for online help?

You must specify the full path....
