hitcounter and feedback-form in golive

Can i add a hitcounter in golive? how do i do it?
and how do i upload a feedbackform to go direct to my mailbox?
In frontpage this was very easy but i can not find these things in golive, i`m new to golive :-)

FrontPage uses server-side functions to count and offer form functions.

You need to determine what server side scripting functions your host uses.
