hi i am wondering if there is a command that will give me the peak "total agent logged in" and the same thing for both definity and what report will give me that for cms. Thank you.

unless you have BCMS on the switch I think your out of luck.
You can do a display capacity and it will show the current logged in agents.
I'm pretty sure thier is not a standard report like this in CMS either. We had to add a "staffing" skill and add it to each agent. Then I built a custom report for maxed staffed agents, and avg staffed agents to report on the staffed skill.
