I know you can do a vhst in LD 22 to see the history of the the system but is there a way to go back and see what changes the techs have made on the system? All I get is when they logged in and what loads they went to.

the user name log is pretty much useless, try load 117, prt sel 500... a little different history, but still not what you need..

When loading LD 22 PRT TYPE VHST, you then have access to a scrolling file with commands. These commands are avaliable in the NTP LD 22. It's also possible to see which commands have been entered on any port. First change the TTYLOG prompt in all ports to a value like 30000. In LD 22 VHST enter TTYLOG and the port number you want to control. Then the same scrolling commands as in history file are avaliable.

Good luck

Is the 30000 number a log file size? I'll give this a try and see how it works.

yes, some are built to a sze so small then useless, that's why i use 117.. it defaults to 500 lines.. i have resorted to mon tty x, which shows me a clear copy of commands at the remote screen
