When I want to check who is snooping around my PBX I do a list history... Does anyone know if I can do this on my CMS?
I am trying to lock down my systems but untill I get approvel I want to see who is logging in and out of them.

How about the Intuity... I have the SA login that everyone uses... any way of seeing when it is used

I am not sure with the CMS part, but the Intuity has an admin log that list what changes are made and the date and time they were made. With you SA login you need to go to Audix administration. Then do a display administrators log. That should take care of that part for you.

on the intuity you can do a 'disp admin' to see any changes that were made to the voice admin side of the system.

thanks, tim

Use the "last" command on a shell window on the CMS to see the last connections on the system.

Intuity has a 'history' log if you have access to the unix command line. Uaually only Avaya has the login to get to that command line.

THANK-YOU ALL for your advise!!! I was able to see the admin log in Intuity.. it was interesting to see the amount of break in attempts on ex-employees mailboxes!(we reset the passwords and keep them 30 days before we delete them.)

I still have to try the CMS "last" command. Do you have to be logged in as root?

I did look at the ACD admin log report in CMS. It mostly shows the agent skill levels changing in the call center. (which I see in the PBX history) but good to know I can do a "history" on CMS also.

Thanks Again!!!
