Hipath4000Version4 login rejected by Comwin

Hello collegue
I have Hipath4000 Version4 in origine it in duplexe mod , I tray to convert to mono mode , step by step I delete all data
CHA-DBC: RESSWUDB = YES;
EX-REST: SYSTEM, RELOAD, STD;

Exec dbc
exec apc
cha cpci
Exec updat A1 all
regemarrage

and i have (-.) in the DSCXL card
now I have prb to connect to the Hipath4K via comwin Atlantic LAN 192.0.2.3
every time the systeme rejected my login
Q the login and pass changed or not!!!
the old login was "root" and password was "#hicom#"
