Can anyone tell me what the pinouts for the programming lead

If i'm not misstaken it is a null-modem cable. (one on one)

It uses a handle standard of routers Cisco and plus an adapter DB25 for RJ45. In case that it has in its HiPath 4000 a HubC plate, HiPath 4000 UV1.0/ UV2.0.. Atlantik LAN connectivity, uses only straight-through patch cord, both ends must be wired EIA568A.
