i follow it step by step and the result is always the same:

Emergency Password Reset (EPR)
Emergency Password Reset (EPR) provides a means to reset the administrator (user "engr") password in case the password was lost or the system was corrupted.
Prior to using that feature, the system must be configured appropriately, and the feature must be enabled by the system administrator.
To allow the feature to be functional, the configuration must include an import of a certificate from a Trusted Authority of the system. The certificate is expected in X.509 PEM format. The user is authenticated and allowed to change password, judging his ability to sign a random message - issued by the system - with the private key of the certificate holder. The signature response must be a MD5 message digest; no other algorithms are supported. The system is able to verify the submitted response using the installed certificate's public key. If verification succeeds, the emergency reset initiator is allowed to change the administrator password.
