I would like to first know if the system will do an automatic backup of the data.
Also, what is the procedure to do one manually. I had some info which basically stated: log on to the "Common Management Portal" web browser, go to "Operation & Maintenance" tab, go to "Recovery" . Well when we try to look at this page we get this error:
Error Information:
A necessary Siemens Shared OSGi Service was not found.
(re)discovery unsuccessful for serviceInterface=com.siemens.symphonia.backup.generated.interf.BackupServiceIf
Is there something we can do to fix this to get the backups working, or is there another method alltogether. Is there a way to do a backup with the Secure Shell Client?
