I have a HiPath 4000 V4. The internal music-on-hold needs to be changed... Is there a way of changing the period between the beeps. I have set zand as follows: CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=TONES,CP=MOH,SIU=6;
I have tried SIU=23 and gotten an increased period with a lower amplitude, however I need a period of +-5 secs between beeps.
Anyone have any ideas? I have already considered external music-on-hold. It is preferable to have the sound file be placed off the system as opposed to an external device. I have heard that there is some software that is capable of loading the sound file on the HiPath *.WaW format?
