I scanned my system with the HiJackThis program..this is what the logfile produced. Most of it looks normal..I'll put a *** next to the questionable ones if someone can let me know

Nothing dodgy there at all.
NPBelv32.dll is a part of Belarc Advisor, and allows it to output its reports to HTML and view them from within IE.

The NameServer addresses are from your internet connection - they are assigned by the DHCP server at your ISP and are used to convert DNS names (eg to IP addresses and vice versa.
