I have a continuous form showing training details records. One of the fields is date of last course taken. How do i change the background colour of the rows were the last course taken was 6 months ago and leave the other rows alone.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The generic approach for this is to set the background of all of the controls in the section to transparent. That way, you can JUST change the background. In the on format function of the section, compare the date to the KeyDate (six months). If the difference is more than the six months, set the section backcolor to something (lightest grey), else set it to transparent.
