I have a program that will search a memo field for keywords. Is there an easy way to highlight the keywords if you use an editbox linked to a memo field?
I was thinking about the other character sets for non english. Are the character sets editable and could I make highlighted character sets in english using the extra bit fields. My hope was that the standard editbox on a form would then automatically highlight the letters with the extra bits. any ideas?

Use the ActiveX richtext control or an embedded brower control.

you could use the RTFeditbox. when you find the text, add the control characters to mark the text in the format you choose. I am not for miluar with the control characters. you can figure this out by using the RTFediybox, marl the text, save. then open it in with note pad to pick out the format characters. Since Word also does RTF, you could use word to do the same. Attitude is Everything
