I am trying to send out a message in Outlook 2000 and hide the sender's email address. In the options field, I want to put another reply to email address, but I don't want the recipient to know my primary email address. Outlook is configured for Corporate workgroup using an exchange server. Any suggestions?

What you can do is to creat a new mailbox on the Exchange server, with the email that you want, hopefully you wont mide you domain name showing... ie @urdomain.com
then you can either use the new address as your main mailbox eg, newname@urdomain.com, or add the your name in as a delegate in the Tools->Options and Delegates tab as the new user. With this you can then specify who the mail is from. To do this you have to start a new mail, and go View, and then click on From Filed, this will allow you to choose in here....hope this helps!!!

ps..you have to give your self permission to send mails using the other address as a delegate, this is done by setting the new user as your primary mailbox, then adding your self into the delegates tab. then going back in as your self in outlook Jay~
