Does anyone know a way to automatically hide the recipients in an e-mail? I currently send out bulk mailing for client updates and to hide the names put everyone/the group in the BCC: field. Is there another way to do this? Also, Can you set it to always get a message received reciept, without having to set it on each e-mail sent?

Nope, you're doing it the right way using BCC.

Without knowing what mail program you're using, kind of hard to answer the second question. If, by chance, it's Outlook 2000, go to Tools/Options/Email Options/Tracking Options and you'll see the check box to always request read receipt.

great thanks lander....Sry i didn't specify, it's Outlook XP, but it should work the same.
