Hiding calling party # internal calls only

trying different features to hide extension number of calling party, but only on internal calls. Don't want users to see the agents personal DN when thet get a call from Help desk agents.

I know it can be done but....

i don't think it can be done on the agents sets.. you can turn off sending from sets but they they do not send external...

couldnt you just create a new CLID?

I had a co-worker that had a seperate line set as 800-588-2300 and a CPND as Empire (not sure if Empire carpets is national but if your from the midwest you might get the joke.
