Hide Program in (Ctrl Alt Del) Tasks (Alt Tab)

I would like to make a program transparent.

ie something like.
App.ShowInTaskbar = False
This does not seem to work in VB, Only Delphi???

I need to have the program not show in (ctrl alt del)tasks and also (alt tab)


Is this possible in VB.
