Jenny,

Problem is in your table design.

You have an empty cell just above the image of your arrow. This is helping to cause the problem. Go edit the page in dreamweaver, and select this cell and the cell below, and merge the two (right click, table, merge cells).

Now select your cell with the arrow image using Ctrl left click. In the properties page, change the "vertical" setting to top. This will put the image on the top left where you want it.
