Hi ,
I have 4630 telephone set with a lot of speedials and i want to backup to a file with FTP server .
the 4630 telephones connect to cisco switch use 802.1Q ( tagging ) .
if i use a backup without tagging its working good .
but when i configure the tagging between the port switch ( cisco ) and the telephone port i have connection to the ftp server but the session will freezing .
please help me !!!!!
