As someone who recently got his SCSA, I strongly second the previous respondant's advice to check out learnsolaris.com. Their questions are are better than Sun's, although they are a bit more difficult than the actual exam (so if you can comfortably pass learnsolaris's test, you should have little difficulty with the exam).
I used both learnsolaris and Sun's own prep for the first test. Not only was learnsolaris less expensive, but it was designed to be a better learning experience- Sun's site gave little in the way of rationale as to why a particular answer was wrong.
There are certainly other test sites offering Solaris exam prep: cert21 is one. One to stay away from is called something like "actualexams" or "actualquestions" (I'm not sure the exact name). Their questions bore very little resemblance to the exams I've taken. Moreover, they did not give answers or any discussion of their questions.
Good luck- with reasonable preparation you should prevail.

Do we need to pass both (part I and II exams) to get SCSA certificate?or only part can give SCSA certificatation.

You need both part 1 and 2 to get the certification from Sun. Until you get both, you aren't sertified and can't take the network or security certificans.
I passed Part 1 (310-011) last month and Part 2 (310-012) this month. After passing part 1, I didn't get anything from Sun. After passing part 2, I got a nice little certificate, a nice little pin, a little credit card like thing with my certification info on it, and a letter with a URL and instructions on where to get bitmaps of the certification logo to put on my business card and/or resume.

This site has a lot of information for solaris 8 for both SCSA and SCNA. It has brain dumps and cram sessions too. This is a really good site. It has the official sun material and more stuff.
