Hi, my cs1k has RCO0, RCO1, RCO2, am I able to add new RCO? if so, how to do it? thanks.

You can edit one of the current ones in LD 15 under RDR. ) is default (everyone)
CFNA 1-(4)-15 Number of normal ringing cycles for Call Forward No
Answer (CFNA)
CFN0 1-(4)-15 Number of normal ringing cycles for CFNA, Option 0
CFN1 1-(4)-15 Number of normal ringing cycles for CFNA, Option 1
CFN2 1-(4)-15 Number of normal ringing cycles for CFNA, Option 2

thanks your guys, I also have a little concern, if I change RCO2, is there potentially any impact to system? especially for trunk or call routing?

No, You have to select rco 2 in the set programming. It is a set option.
