HG Short Code help

I am looking for help trying to create a short code that will allow me to change the out of service fall back group within my Main HG, without having to go into Manager to do so.

Any ideas?

IF you have 14/16 or 95/9600 serie phones (not the 03 phones) then you can do this on the phone itself.
You only have to program this with manager first.

I am using 1408's, mind sharing with me where i can find the steps to change the fallback or better yet, explain it to me?

To enable, in Manager look under User | Menu Programming | Huntgroup.

Access Control

The system administrator is able to configure if you can access the Membership, State and Fallback options of a group. If you are not configured for any groups then the Group menu is not shown.



Now, back to my original question. Any way to make a short corde to reduce the number of steps needed to change this setting?

Nope, but you can assign it to a button.
