We were trying to duplicate HFAI functions (hands free intercom) on our IP Office. We have ran into a problem with transferred external calls. Unlike the Magix, which is hands free only when another internal user calls the telephone, this system answers transferred external calls, hands free. Calls transferred directly to an extension via the receptionist or the automated attendant pop up on the speakerphone.
