I just got a job as a network admin. I don't have much experience with the Citrix. I need to publish Visio on the citrix, but every time i go to the citrix management console, the server just starts dumping data. Can anyone tell me why is that happening.

You are probably running an ati videocard in your server, and need to update some java.
