I have a client who is outsourcing his email to a local ISP. From what I understand, they have an Exchange 5.5 Server running on Windows 2000. My client wants to be able to administer this server himself, instead of calling the ISP and having them create user accounts etc... My question is what is the best way to accomplish this. My first thought was to install Terminal Services in Remote Admin mode and let him Terinal Server in. What do you think??

Technically possible, but it seems unlikely to me (for security reasons) that any ISP would allow that type of access to the Exchange server if it is belongs to the ISP. An alternative is to bring the client's e-mail in-house, either with a Microsoft or another (perhaps open-source?) solution.
