Our company had Definity G3si and Definity Audix system. We had two trunks, one is for incoming calls and the other is for outgoing calls. Recently, when some guys dialed to our company, they always heard the ring but their calls couldn't be transferred to the Audix system automatically (the welcome message). I checked the incoming trunk with command "status trunk XX". The trunk is O.K. Could you tell me why the system couldn't transfer the incoming call to the Audix system?

Thank you for your time.

Jerry

Check what happens by using 'list trace tac xx'
where xx is the number of your incoming group.
If the calls get transferred from a coverage path assigned to a phone, do a 'list trace station' while calling the extension, and letting it go to cover.
If they get to the audix from a vector use 'list trace vect'
Of course check if your audix is still functional as well.
