Hi Sahu,
In order to create a project of the type IIS application in VB you need to have at least SP4 (for VB) or it just won't work.
Further it doesn't matter if you have PWS or IIS. If you have any further questions about IIS applications, there's a forum for it: Visual Basic(Microsoft) Webclasses.
