Help with WebSphere Installation with AIX

Hi,
I'm new to Unix & have just been assigned to install/configure WebSphere application with AIX
and to move into production.
Please help with tips on what to do & where to start

I suggest you post this in the AIX forum as well.

Go thru the installation notes & read me files that comes with software. They are the good starting point.
If you want to use IBM HTTP Server as web server, you must first install this prior to WebSphere.
