help with web based calendar

I have a site at

on the right hand side "fixer un rendez-vous", my students click and use an externally hosted interface to write their names and time for meeting up with me. this system does not work because students double book and cancel.

i need to have a system that is similar, only when they click on the day, they get a window with radio check boxes to click and then a space for their name.

how can this be done? please help.

You need to find an application forum for the language you are working in. This forum is for SQL Server related questions, and is not intended for programming web applications.

i have no idea what program... which forum? i thought this was sql???

SQL is the language that is used to retrieve data from databases. After your users fill out a form that information is then stored in a database using an SQL statement like "insert into appointments ..." etc. Or "select * from appointments" where the data for your appointments is returned. All of the processing of the data in terms of what is displayed, how it is displayed etc is done using application code. Java, C#, Visual Basic etc.

This forum is intended for people who have questions like "When I write an SQL statement to pull all of my appointments, how can I limit the data returned to showing me only future appointments" etc.

I think you should do a google search for web design companies, where you can pay someone to do actual coding for you. They would be able to take what you have, make the modifications and get you up and running.
