Help with routing groups?

Hi

How should I set up an exchange 2000 server for outgoing messages (SMTP)? We get incoming mail no probs, presumably because the configuration is all done by our ISPs.

I think this has something to do with routing groups...
Will having more than one DSL connection to our ethernet complicate matters?

It doesn't matter a whit what mailserver we use.
