help with recovering a database

Hello,

I have a sybase server which is running 12.5 and there is a particular database which is offline:-

WIND_CU2 8500.0 MB sa 18
Aug 11, 2003
select into/bulkcopy/pllsort, trunc log on chkpt, offline

I have tried to online it and it comes back with the following message:-

Database 'WIND_CU2' has not been recovered yet - please wait and try again.

Can anyone tell me what i need to do to bring this back online?

How long has the database been in recovery mode for?
