I have a form that is tied back to an Asset table.. I want to search for records in a certain field (The field name is Asset Description)in my form. So when I go to the field name asset description (in my form) I can type in the first few letters and it will come up with what I am looking for and fill in the rest of the asset info in the other fields. I have done this before in a parts db but can't remember how. I thought I made a query, maybe not. Sorry for the confusion I don't have all of the terminology down yet.
