Is there any method I can use to print the query in the design mode (showing table(s) and the lower grid part with
the field, table, criteria portion.

I've used the documenter and was able to get a copy of the SQL statement, but I actually wanted to be able to print
the query showing information in the grid. I'm trying to
do this to have a hard copy file of the query design.

Thank you.

There are two (bad) ways to do this:

1. Go to SQL view and copy all the text in the SQL statement. Paste this into your destination file. This will perfectly translate your query. If you need to re-create your query, open up a new query, go to SQL view, and re-paste in the text.

2. If your query all fits on one page, you can press the "Print Screen" button, then open something like MS Paint and Paste it into Paint. Then save the (huge) bitmap. --
