Help with NetBackup 5.1 on Windows 2000 server/pro SP4

I am beginner with NetBackup
Please Help with NetBackup 5.1 on Windows 2000 server/pro SP4. I have problem with authorization on server when I try connect from client on other computers

Server - Windows 2000 Server SP4 with NetBackup 5.1 server
Client - Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with client Netbackup 5.1

Unable to connect to the selected NetBackup host ___
1. Make sure the user ___ has privileges on this host __
2. Make sure the local host is listed in the server list of the destination host __
3. Make sure there is valid network connection
4. Check authenticantion
5. Make sure all the services are running on the host ___

Can You explain - why? User already ___ exits on server with administrative privileges
What can I do for solve this problem?

Each and every client that you are trying to connect to must have the computer you are using to initiate communications listed as a valid server. You can add the computer you are trying to use to connect with other clients as a valid server in the "properties" GUI for the client.
